iBook rental terms and conditions

Since you're our customer already, we don't feel we need to spell out a whole bunch of legal terms and conditions on rentals. However please be careful and watchful with the iBooks. If the iBook you've rented is stolen or otherwise lost, we will need to charge your account for the full purchase price listed on our Web site at the time you rented it.

The iBooks are in very good physical condition, due to the fact that we used them as servers, not as portable machines. If you significantly damage an iBook, we will count on you to work with us to determine what an appropriate charge to your account to cover the damage will be. Thanks.
