The preferred (and quickest) way to purchase Open Door products is online through our Web site. Your order will generally be processed by the next business day, and you will be sent an email which includes a serial number (where appropriate) and details of how to download the product.
We do accept purchase orders for most products (over $50), however please be sure that your email address is on the PO, and please still fill out the online order form. Also, we require all payment to be in US funds with checks drawn on a US bank.

Web hosting customers, plus registered users of most Open Door products may call us for support at (541)488-4127. Due to the high volume, low price nature of our personal products, we cannot provide phone support for individual users of products such as ShareWay IP Personal Edition or Envision.
Our products are generally shipped by e-mail. Usually within one business day of ordering, you should receive an e-mail telling you how to download the products you have ordered.
Please retain your sales email for support and upgrade purposes. Formal invoices are available by request.
