If you previously installed Norton Personal Firewall on your machine, you must uninstall it before running DoorStop X. Unfortunately the uninstaller included with the Norton Personal Firewall CD does not work under Panther (see Symantec's tech note). You must download a new installer from their site, and use it as indicated.
