We hear every day from customers that they love Opendoor for its convenience and simplicity. And while home buyers and sellers can work directly with us, we know that many want the support of a trusted agent throughout their journey. That’s why we’ve continued to strengthen our partnerships with agents and provide them with more ways to serve their clients. Earlier this year we introduced the Opendoor Agent Partner Program, which pairs highly-rated, trusted agents with home buyers and sellers when it’s their best option. We’re hearing excellent feedback from agents and customers alike.

“I create listing appointments because I have Opendoor as a tool in my belt,” says Shannon Fitzpatrick, a broker with Movoto Real Estate in Nevada. “I say to clients that I can bring them a cash offer or list traditionally—whatever works better for them. If I could use Opendoor every time, I would. It’s way easier, plus we close faster.”

Today, we’re excited to announce a partnership with W+R Studios, one of the largest providers of market analysis software to the real estate industry. For the first time, we will be incorporating Opendoor offers into listing information that agents present to home sellers. Using W+R Studios’ Cloud CMA, agents create listing presentations to show customers the value of their home compared to others on the market and to recommend a list price.

Now, agents using W+R Studios’ software can choose to present a competitive cash offer from Opendoor to eligible customers, directly within the product and alongside the traditional listing information. Together, our platforms will empower agents to give sellers more transparency and choice when deciding how to sell their home in the way that best suits their needs, and it will help agents expertly guide sellers on how much to list their home for.

We are bringing together the power of W+R Studios’ software with the scale of Opendoor’s service to enhance the selling experience for more consumers. The Cloud Agent Suite’s CMA software creates 260,000 listing presentations per month, while Opendoor purchases a home every 24 minutes. With the integration, agents can easily help sellers seamlessly line-up their home sale with a new home purchase—eliminating contingency risk, one of the biggest barriers to buying a new home.

“We have long admired Opendoor’s use of technology to simplify real estate, and we share a commitment to making the home selling process more convenient for agents and more transparent for consumers,” said Greg Robertson, CEO of W+R Studios. “Today’s real estate landscape is increasingly competitive, and agents need more tools in their arsenal to stand out. With Opendoor’s integration into Cloud CMA, we’re giving agents the opportunity to earn clients’ trust and present options that meet their unique needs.”

This new listing experience is available for W+R Studios’ agent customers in Phoenix and Atlanta to start, with plans to expand to additional cities in 2020. Agents and brokers can learn more here. We look forward to helping even more agents provide knowledge, transparency and choice to their customers.
