This is a Golfer's dream house because of it's location. Across the street is the driving rangeand a practice green, behind the house is the number 1 tee boxes and the clubhouse is just a 300 yard walk up the street. We love our back yard screened in porch where we are surrounded by trees and nature with a view of the golfers on the first tee. We love the privacy that this house offers because our view from our back yard deck or porch is trees and greenery. We added the screened in porch and deck 15 years ago, we also added the wash basin and cabinets in the laundry room, a wine refrigerator, all new kitchen appliances including a convection oven, microwave, dishwasher and gas cooktop. We added all the black iron balusters going up the stairs and a new entryway light and outdoor light fixtures to match. In the master bath we updated the shower door.
