At Opendoor we help people buy and sell houses—but, there’s a difference between a house and a home. This year for Halloween we want to celebrate the communities that turn our houses into homes, on the one night of the year that brings families and friends out and into the neighborhood.

On Halloween night we’re greeting trick-or-treaters at three Opendoor houses throughout the Phoenix metro area, and everyone’s invited. We’ll have candy from Phoenix’s own Cerreta candy company, plus other tasty treats, games and giveaways for the whole family, and a haunted photo booth to capture your fabulous costumes!

Here are the details:

  • What: Opendoor Halloween Block Parties.

  • When: Tuesday, October 31st from 5-8:30pm.

  • Where: Gilbert, Glendale, and Phoenix, AZ. Find the exact addresses on our Facebook page.

Bring your friends, family and neighbors, and don’t forget your costume! A night of frightening fun awaits, and we’ll be capturing photos for all attendees. Plus, for every guest who shares and tags #OpendoorHalloween, we’ll donate $50 to a local Phoenix charity.*

RSVP now so you don’t miss out on this spooktacular night, and don’t forget your costume. Don’t worry, none of our houses are haunted (as far as we we know)—and nothing makes us happier than spending time with people in the neighborhoods we serve.

You can also check out our app to find out where the party is happening.

We can’t wait to meet you!

*Up to $5,000. Limit one entry per person.
