For buyer agents, you and your clients can access Opendoor homes using our mobile app (iOS and Android) or with our text-to-enter system. Visit any day of the week between 6 am and 9 pm, no appointment needed. We honor your client relationship even when your clients visit the house on their own. Once your client has found his or her dream home, you can submit an offer via our agent portal at opendoor.com/make-offer. You can also refer to the Private Remarks in the MLS listing for the property-specific instructions.
For listing agents, we’re happy to work directly with you to facilitate your client’s home sale. You can request an offer for your seller client as soon as you have the listing agreement in place. Just go to opendoor.com/agents.
If you are introducing an unrepresented seller to work directly with Opendoor, and you are not collecting a commission, Opendoor offers a 1% referral fee.
