Opendoor helps my bottom line, and helps me get sales now instead of waiting on a contingency. If I don’t use Opendoor, I have a 30 to 60-day gap with my pay, and chance of losing the sale altogether.Partner with us
How does Opendoor work with REALTORS?
Opendoor respects the agreements between agents and customers. If a customer has a listing agreement in place, Opendoor will work directly with the agent to facilitate the home sale. If there is no listing agreement in place, agents can earn a 1% referral fee if they’re not receiving a listing commission and the seller hasn’t requested an offer in the last 30 days.
Is Opendoor part of my new home contract?
Opendoor is not involved in your new home contract, and does not take any of your commission. Our goal is to provide new home sales associates with a frictionless solution to eliminate contingencies, and new homebuyers with a convenient and certain path to sell their home. There is no fee for homebuilders to partner with Opendoor.
