We created Cash Plus to give home sellers more than a one‑and‑done cash offer. What’s changing:
- Just the name. The underlying experience and economics of the product are not changing with this rename.
- Clearer language for customers. Sellers told us “Cash Plus” sounded like “just another discount” or a generic promotion. “Cash Now, More Later” better reflects better reflects the product benefits: timing, certainty, and potential upside.
What stays the same:
- You can still request an offer in minutes.
- You still get the flexibility of choosing your closing date.
- You still have a dedicated team helping you through each step of the process.
Where you’ll see the new name:
- On opendoor.com, inside the seller experience, and in email and ad campaigns over the coming weeks, you’ll start to see Cash Plus updated to Cash Now, More Later. In some places, you may see both names together temporarily as we complete the rollout.
