Spoiler alert: It was a blast. Thank you to everyone who stopped by at Opendoor’s Halloween Block Parties in Phoenix to hang out with us!

We had a lot of fun celebrating the communities that turn our houses into homes, on the one night of the year that brings families and friends out and into the neighborhood.

We greeted trick-or-treaters at three Opendoor houses in Glendale, Gilbert, and in North Central Phoenix. We gave out more than 1,000 candy bars from Phoenix’s own Cerreta candy company, as well as other tasty treats, like delicious caramel apples from Hannah’s Caramel Apples.

We had games and activities for the whole family, including a fun real estate trivia game. The big hit, though, was the haunted GIF photo booth to capture the fabulous costumes of our visitors—we had lines at every house!

Check out this slideshow with some of our favorite snapshots of the party:

The event was a huge success—we were actually planning to count visitors but had to give up because we were so busy! We saw more than 1,200 guests across all three homes and, more importantly, we brought our neighbors across the valley together on Halloween night.

We had a great time painting faces, decorating skulls, eating caramel apples, and taking crazy photos, and from the looks of these photos, we weren’t the only ones. Thanks to everyone who tagged #OpendoorHalloween, we were able to raise $5,000, which will be donated to UMOM New Day Care Centers to help provide for homeless families in Phoenix.

For anyone looking to view or download photos from the photo booth, check them out here. And while you’re at it, don’t forget to visit us on Facebook. We love hearing from you, and can’t wait to host another event like this. Until next time!

P.S. Photo fun with our GIF photo booth:
