Key Agent Level Details

  • Refer a seller to be eligible for 1% referral fee if there wasn’t a previous Opendoor referral or offer request in the last 180 days.
  • Represent your seller client to earn 1% from Opendoor on top of any seller commission.
  • You must include your email address and MLS ID
  • You must have an active license in good standing.
  • The transaction must close — payments will be made at closing.
  • Homes actively listed on the MLS within previous 30 days and agent-owned homes are not eligible.
  • You must be attributed to the relevant transaction in Opendoor's system before the final cash offer that is accepted by the seller is active.
  • Your transaction count resets each calendar year.
