Today we’re making Opendoor available to more sellers, including the ones who want to work with their agent every step of the way. Better product, better economics, and for the first time, Cash Now, More Later integrated where agents already work, in RealScout.

**Cash Now, More Later: a new option for every listing conversation**

Cash Now, More Later gives agents a powerful new tool for every seller at the kitchen table. Sellers who want certainty today can take a cash offer now, then capture any upside when the home sells on the open market later. Sellers who need speed and certainty still have the option to take a traditional Opendoor cash offer with a closing date they pick. 

The agent walks in with an answer for every seller upfront, without the need for follow-ups or referrals to someone else. And because Cash Now, More Later has a built-in slider, the seller can take as little or as much of the upfront cash as makes sense for their situation.

## **Integration into agent tooling**

Cash Now, More Later is now live inside RealScout, the lead nurture platform serving more than 100,000 real estate agents. For the first time, agents see our offer options automatically on every eligible property they open, right within the platform. No separate logins, tools, or workflows required.

## **Your clients stay yours**

One common concern worth naming directly is whether requesting an offer could put the agent-client relationship at risk. It does not. When you request an offer through RealScout, that activity is not used to solicit or target your client, and you remain the listing agent of record.

## **The contingency play**

A buyer who needs to sell their current home before they can close is the most fragile link in any deal. If that buyer's agent can pull up the current home in RealScout and request an Opendoor offer on the spot, that buyer can become a non-contingent buyer that day. The deal on the other side can move, and the agent has unlocked two closings for a very happy client.

## **A commission that grows with reps**

Our new commission structure is graduated and applies across both Cash and Cash Now, More Later products. Both deals count the same toward the next tier. The first deal an agent closes in a calendar year earns 1%. The second earns 1.25%. By the fifth deal of the year, the rate reaches 2% and stays there until the deal counter resets on January 1.

For agents who have already done five or more acquisition deals in 2026, the 2% rate applies immediately from launch day, with no waiting or starting from scratch. 

With Cash Now, More Later, agents earn their full listing commission when we relist and sell the home on the open market, on top of the acquisition commission. This means two commission events on the same client, and the first one grows the more you use the product.
