# Agents: Your RealScout workflow just got new options for every seller.

*Starting May 19 Opendoor's cash offers are live inside RealScout automatically, on every eligible property, without changing how you work.*

If you view one of your claimed listings in RealScout today, you’ll see something new. An Opendoor offer option is now surfaced automatically alongside every eligible listing in your workflow. No separate login. No form to kick things off. It’s simply ready to go when you open a property. 

That means you can now walk into any listing presentation with three real paths for your seller: a traditional Opendoor cash offer, Cash Now, More Later for sellers who want cash today with a shot at open market upside, or a traditional listing. Your seller can choose which path works best for their circumstances, and you stay their agent throughout whatever path they choose.

This also extends into your seller-nurture workflow. Homeowners receiving RealScout’s Home Value Alerts now see a “Request Cash Offer” call-to-action. When a client clicks, you get notified directly. You stay in control of the conversation and decide the best next step for your client.

When you request an offer for a client, that activity is not used to reach out to them directly. Your database, clients, and deals remain yours.
