Last year in Phoenix, AZ Cassie and Brandon Hamilton found the perfect new home for their growing family, and selling to Opendoor meant they could buy it at exactly the right time. “We were on an extremely short timeline and wanted to snatch it up before anyone else could put in an offer. In Frisco, TX, Crystal Cloyd was looking to upgrade to a larger property near her children’s school.
